❓ How long does delivery take?
Our average delivery time is 5–10 business days. This can sometimes be slightly longer or shorter, depending on the product and the carrier's workload.
❓ Can I cancel or change my order?
You can as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@giftora.nl.
❓ I haven't received a confirmation email?
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, we'll be happy to help you by email.
❓ How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link. You can also use our Track & Trace page.
❓ What if my product arrived damaged?
That's certainly not what we want. Please send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of receipt. We'll resolve the issue for you.
❓ Are your products original?
Yes, all products have been carefully selected from reliable suppliers and meet our quality standards.
❓ Are there shipping costs?
Yes, shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We often have promotions, such as free shipping for orders over a certain amount.
