You can request a return within 14 days of receipt.

📝 How do returns work?

Send us an email at support@giftera.nl with your:

• Name
• Order number
• (Reason for return)

We will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

📦 Conditions

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.

Personalized products (with a photo, name, or date) cannot be returned unless an error was made by us.

💸 Refund

After receiving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.
